Yes, the hotel is located directly by the ski slopes, making it an ideal place for a winter holiday without the need to commute.

Is parking available?

Yes, the hotel has its own free car park for accommodated guests.

How can I get to Hotel Červenohorské sedlo?

The hotel is accessible by car via road I/44 between Jeseník (approx. 20 minutes) and Šumperk (approx. 30 minutes), or by bus from both Jeseník and Šumperk. Buses run approximately every 1–2 hours and stop at the Červenohorské sedlo, hotel bus stop.

Can I bring a dog to Hotel Červenohorské sedlo?

Yes, the hotel is pet-friendly. Small and medium-sized breeds are welcome for an additional fee and upon prior arrangement with the reception.

How do check-in and check-out work?

Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and check-out is until 10:00 a.m.

Breakfast is served buffet style, and dinner is served either buffet style or as a selection from the menu depending on the current hotel occupancy.

Yes, the hotel offers conference facilities for up to approximately 80 people, including technical equipment such as a projector and Wi-Fi.

Is payment via FKSP possible? What benefit programmes do you accept?

Payment via FKSP is possible. To issue an invoice, please contact the reception by phone or e-mail. We also accept Benefit Plus, Benefity.cz, Pluxee and Edenred.

Is the swimming pool at Červenohorské sedlo open to the public?

Yes, the swimming pool is also open to non-accommodated guests, always subject to current capacity. Reservations are not required, and entry is possible depending on current availability. Current prices can be found on the hotel website in the "Swimming pool" section.

Are wellness and massages open to the public?

Yes, wellness and massages are also available to non-accommodated guests, always subject to current capacity. A booking can be made directly at the reception on the day of the requested treatment. Accommodated guests are always given priority, so in the event of full capacity, these services may not be available to the public.

Is the restaurant also open to non-accommodated guests?

Yes, the restaurant is open to the public all day. Breakfast and dinner as part of the hotel’s half board can be ordered at the reception at least one day in advance; for larger groups, at least 3 days in advance. The price of breakfast is CZK 220 per adult and CZK 180 per child up to 12 years old; the price of dinner is CZK 350 per adult and CZK 280 per child.
